How do I personalize my piece?
After checkout you’ll add the name, photo, or message you’d like. No design skills needed — we craft it to order, just for you.
Can I add my own message to the card?
Yes. Use your own words or pick from ours. Your message is printed on a keepsake card included in every order.
Can I upload a photo?
For our photo pieces, yes — you’ll get a simple upload link right after checkout.
Shipping & delivery
How long does it take?
Each piece is personalized and made to order, so production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping adds 2–5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days, with free shipping and tracking by email.
Do you ship for free?
Yes — free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Will it arrive in time for a gift?
Most gifts arrive within 3–5 business days. For a specific date, order a few days ahead to be safe.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Our pieces are made in hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant metal built to last. Wear it daily, shower in it, keep it forever.
What size is the chain?
Chains are adjustable to fit comfortably — typically 18–22 inches depending on the piece.
