Our 30-day guarantee

If anything is wrong with your order — a defect, damage, or an error on our part — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it or refund you, no fuss.

Personalized items

Because each piece is custom-made to order with your personalization, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personalization errors you submitted. Please double-check spelling and details at checkout. That said, if we made the mistake, we fix it free.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@foreverlume.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
